Will the same year acura abs units fit the accords? Ive noticed there on opposite sides of car but look the same.same question for the distributors.I need both and the pull it yards are stripped clean.

I think if you check www dot carpart dot com it will list junkyards that have the part, along with listing which other cars have the compatible part.
