ABS Fuse
Hi, the ABS light came on in my 1994 Accord EX and I would like to pull the fuse to shut it off until I have more budget to buy used part to fix. Where is the ABS fuse and what I do I need to do to shut the ABS light off for the time being? Thanks in advance and please excuse my simple question such what I do I need to do since I don't know much about cars. Thanks!
You should first find out what is wrong with the ABS. It could be something simple, like low on fluid, or something more complicated.
Short the service connector using a piece of wire or a thin paper clip. See: http://www.dhost.info/accordinfo/howto/cel.html
The only difference is that you will count the ABS light flashes. ABS codes are stored as a main code, a 1 second pause, then a sub-code. If there are multiple codes there will be a 5 second pause, then the next main then sub-code will flash. Post back your code(s) like 1-3, etc.
