AC problem on 2000 Honda EX-V6

I have a 2000 Honda EX-V6 that stopped cooling (air conditioning) about a month ago. I replaced the binary pressure switch on the dryer about 2 weeks ago. To my surprise, there was no needle valve insdie the assy.. All of the freon/oil exhausted on me and the car! LOL!!! Anyway, I am trying to figure out if I can get the AC compressor to cycle with no freon in it to be able to charge it with more 134 coolant. I know you typically create a vacuum for this to take place but is there another way for me to charge the compressor and trick it to cycle without the negative pressure draw? What should I do?
