Accord 2006 V6 AT issue

I was driving on the high way at 80 m/hr and suddenly the car jerked and down shifted to 2nd and stuck on. CEL, D light and VSA light all came on blinking, swutched off the engine and started it again and I was able to drive for 3 mins without trouble the shifted normally and no blinking lights but then the same issue happened again.Parked at home I tried out a simple method to pull the codes by jumping the OBD 2 port using piece of wire. I got 2 codes from CEL and D light, one eaach.
CEL code 70
D light code 76
I had to change car battery and since then the codes disappeared but the car still jerks going into 2nd and 3rd gears and drives smoothly afterward, please help

I wont be much help but I'm moving it to General Tech where more people will look at it.

The New-Member area is mostly for welcome & introductions. We don't really "forbid" newbies from posting in the tech areas.

Stop by a parts store and have them scan the codes. Get the actual code number, like p1234 and post them on here. The 06 manual isn't matching the codes like you are posting.

unfortunately, I had to replace the battery befor i could take it for a scan, there were no codes at all and I was told they were probably reset after replacement of the battery. The car works fine untill the gearbox warms up and the same issue happens again.
