Any one have an online link to what I might have to have done on a 50,000 mile routine maintenance for automatice Accord? When shouldyou reallyhave a tune-up done?

A "tune up" (Spark Plugs, cap & rotor) don't need to be done on 2000 and newer Accords until 100k miles.

 

The maintenance is very detailed in your owner's manual

2003 Accord 2DR Auto 4 CYL DX, 55,000 miles, bought used from CarMax with 19,000. Other than front brakes, and changing oil, I have not had any additional service.

 

Since you have not done basically anything ...you might want to replace ,, tranny fluid ,use Honda ATF-Z1, brake fluid, air+ cabin filters, tire rotation, coolant, oil + filter change ,depending on when you did the last one ..
