Accord rear light differences
 

Prior to purchase of an Accord '03 or '04 or '05, I need to understand the brake light designs.
As attached, there is the type that stretches the whole width of the rear light, while there is the type that is just a square on the rear light.
I love the second type (looks much nicer) and intend to get my next accord with that type of rear lights...just need to know what model has this or what option of a model...Guys, kindly help out here..Thanks!!

The 03-04 model sedans had the clear strip of lense at the bottom (top photo). The 05 model sedans have the all-Red rear tail lights (bottom photo). The 06-07 model sedans have a large triangle looking tail light in the corner only.

any1 know if the lights on a 03 n 04 accord will fit the 2005 model (sedan)?
