how do you fill the refrigerant for a 96 accord, where do you fill it , where do you connect the hose. some please help me.

the center port of your gauge set; usually has a yellow hose going to it

Suggest reading the Haynes Automotive AC manual to learn a bit more.

Also lots of good auto AC information on http://www.autoacforum.com/. Doing it wrong can be worse than no-AC, as you may damage currently functional parts w/ wrong procedures.
