Auto. Transaxle Help

Today in my automotive class me and my class mates removed a A/T cooler line from my transaxle from my 1995 Honda accord LX. After running it and no leaks were found i drove it home. There was a really loud grinding and clunking noise as i drove out of the drive way. Now when the trans axle changes gear it shudders a little and clunks. I doubt its mounts because my transmission didnt make noises like this before changing the house.

-Fluid level at Operating temp. is max, its at the top of the hatch marks on the dip stick. It seems to clunk and make noise at the lower gears when i start from a stop. I have no idea what it is.

About how much fluid came out? If you added any, what type/brand was added?

I have a similar issue. I changed CV joint axles and now have loud transmission noise similar to what imjason describes. I used Dexron III fluid. Could the wrong fluid be causing my problems?

That depends, what year, make, model of car are you driving and what engine and transmission is in it?
