Best Chemicals to Clean your engine with
 

Well it seems to me that theres a lot of products on the market that claim to help clean your engine and restore horsepower and I was wondering out of all the products out there whats the best product that you recommend in cleaning your internals

Like stuff you add to the gas tank to clean injectors / fuel systems

and other chemicals you add to the oil to clean cylinder walls and restore compression

whats your favorite and outlooks

Seafoam. Seafoam. Seafoam!!!!! its the bomb. it works really well. You but 1/3 of the can in the crankcase. 1/3 in the brake booster line. And 1/3 in the gas tank

Where do you put it in the crank case? Cuz i know the brake booster one

Put it in the oil to do the crankcase one. I usually do 1/2 in the gas and half in the oil.

But ive heard change the oil afterwards because it thins your oil out.....Finch, any input on that
when i did it, I did 1/2 BBL and 1/2 gas tank

So put about a third in the oil fill.
put a third in the vaccum line
and and the rest in the gas tank

IMO, Seafoam is good for the BBL. MMO is better for the crankcase and I like Lucas in the gas.
