Floor vibration after fiiting new wheels.

Floor vibration after fiiting new wheels.
Hello
I have just fitted alloys to my 96 Accord (they were given to me, I wouldn't buy alloys for a 15 year old car).
Now when I turn left I get a vibration through the floor, nothing major but noticeable.
What is likely to be causing this? The offset appears to be fine (about a 6-7mm clearance between caliper and alloy).
The vibration is accompanied by a small noise which I can only descibe as being similar to the noise the brakes make when a pad is stuck, not that loud but sort of a friction noise.
The alloys are a standard Honda Alloy not a cheap aftermarket one.
The plan when I get time is to swap the front wheel over and see if the noise switched too, though I don't have time yet and just wanted some suggestions.
Thank you
