Ang is correct......

Do you have a volt meter or test light, we could help walk you thru the testing.

Me, "caveman/poorman", give the blower motor a nice tap with a screwdiver handle and see what happens.

This link is an excellent video to start with.

I just changed mine on my 2005 Accord. My motor slowly died, made some noise-chattering noise-and the AC would not kick on. I think it had a flat spot on the motor because if I hit the motor with my hand, the motor would start running. Eventually it just died. On the 2005, the motor is under the glovebox and the resistor is just inboard(toward the drivers side). The motor is very easy to change, just unplug the plug and you can test for voltage with a volt-ohm meter. I don't know the voltages, but I would think is would vary between 8-12 volts depending on where the fan setting is. If the voltage is good, the blower motor is probably the answer. 3 screws and it is out, it should take no longer than 10 minutes to change out.

I bought my new motor at Autozone. It is a little noisier than the Honda motor, more like a whining noise audible at slow blower motor speeds. It works fine though.

Good luck!
