Both windows don't work even after regulator replacement? 2005 Accord V6

Hi,
I have a 2005, two door, Honda Accord V6. Both windows died on me several years or so ago, first the passenger side went and then approx a month later the driver side went. I eventually had a new regulator replaced on the driver side 1 year ago, but after 5 months that window died again. I brought it back and the mechanic said it is possible, although rare, that the part was defective, so he installed another new regulator, and another 5 months go by and it died again. I never brought it back to him, and never had the passenger side worked on, sunroof window never had an issue and everything else seems well with the rest of the car.
Any suggestions would be most helpful. Thank you for your time.

Frequently, the master door panel switches can be dirty and cause loss of window function, or a faulty master panel. Does the pax side window work w/ pax side door window switch?

good luck

Thank you, appreciate your info. The pax side window doesn't work with the pax side door switch. Thank you for your time.

I was checking the master door panel, actually didn't even know this can come out, I'm not that educated on cars. Anyway, The mirror switch for both windows work and the door lock on the master panel works, and the door lock on the pax panel works. Is it possible that the master panel still is faulty since the window switch doesn't work for both windows on the master panel? Since the pax side panel doesn't operate the window, is it possible that this panel needs to be replaced as well?
Thank you.

Aren't the multiplexers involved in this function? Try rebooting that.
