once you remove the bottom bolt the caliper should rotate up/off the rotor and then you can get to the pads etc

i tried that but it seems the bolt on top is to tight to let it spin up, i removed the front ones like that are the rear the same way?

I was under the impression that they were but to be totally honest with you I have never personally done the brakes on a 2002... I assumed they just swung out the way like the front.... if not then perhaps there is a bolt on the back that is spinning that you don't see?

yea you just get two box end wrenches to take that top caliper bolt off. one for the bolt and the other for that thing that is spinning with two flat sides. tip would be to set the wrenches so they are close together so you can just sqeeze them together with your hands.
