Brake and steering wheel noise..
Brand new 2016 Honda Accord and this might be a complete noobish symptoms or paranoia from my end but bare with me...
Scenario: I am at a full stop and moving my leg slowly away from the brake and then pressing the brake again very slowly....I can hear a noise (squeaking) which is kind of annoying especially when similar noise can be heard when I move the steering wheel at times. I am not sure what's causing this noise...or if it's normal being it brand new? although I figure that it would not make any noise like that being it brand new and should be smooth. Any idea? |
Noises are tough to diagnose over the web. I can't say if it is normal or a problem. Since it is a new car, have the dealership take a look at it, since you hear a noise.

Its likely something with the brakes if washing the car makes it worse. You will have to take it to the dealership to get it fixed.
