brakes locking up on 95 honda accord

After running the car for a few minutes my brakes start locking up and won't disengage making it hard to go. Brake calipers, pads, hoses, and rotors have been replaced/repaired. What else to do?

Lift car and find out which wheel/s are dragging. I think you'll find one of following faults; inadquately lubricated caliper pin not allowing pad to relax, damaged caliper piston not allowing piston to relax, or less likely a hydraulic fault (internal rubber flap) in flexible hose trapping hydraulic pressure in the caliper.

I assume you only did front brakes?

good luck

Has the brake master cylinder been replaced? possibly with an aftermarket unit?
The brake pushrod measurement through the booster is critical, to allow the masters piston 'relax' all the way.
Another thing I've seen in the past........P/S fluid got put into the Brake reservoir, the fluid would warm up and expand causing the brakes to drag.
