broken bumper

99 Honda Accord, 4 Dr, Green color.
I did something really stupid today. I didn't realize last night that I had parked too far up the curb. This morning when I was backing out the lower part of the front bumper got caught in the curb and it cracked. Its broken and is hanging down and I have it held with the help of tape/rope etc.
I am guessing it will have to be replaced since its cracked in many places. My question is, where should I get it done? Where will I get a new bumper or can I get a used one? And more importantly, how much is it going to cost me ($$)?
Thanks for all your help.

A new one will cost ~$150-250 after getting it painted.

Depending on the condition of the used one, it can be a lot cheaper. If you get the same color, then you will not have to paint.

If it needs painted, then a body shop will be your best bet. If you get the part painted, any shop should be able to install it.

Got it fixed. I got a new one plus the bottom cover to which the bumper is connected. the bumper cost was around $120 + $30 for the engine cover. Paint, labor, installation etc. was another 150. Total cost to me was around $350
thanks for the info
