Buzzing sound when starting

Hello Forum Folk,
When I start my 2003 Honda Accord 4 cyl it sometimes buzzes. Sounds like its coming from ahead of the dashboard in front of the driver. Only does it sometimes but strange sounding. Could this be the battery going bad?

How fast are you turning the key? If you turn it slow you can get the relay under the dash to buzz.
