Default A/C Not working!

About a year ago, my dad was driving down the highway in my 1996 Honda Accord LX Sedan, when the passenger's side fender liner fell off, which made the wires get chewed up. The reason this happened was because the shop that put the new fender liners on after an accident, did a bad job. Anyway,

After this, we re-soldered the wires, and everything was back to normal, except for one thing!

The air conditioning doesn't work anymore, I'm confident that it's not the compressor, could it have been a short? I have no idea where to start my troubleshooting, fuses? Anyone have any ideas? I'd greatly appreciate any input.

thanks, -BMWright92

Check the wires where you re-soldered them!

On that side, I would follow the wires from the ac pressure switch - look under the battery tray - to the ECU and thermo switch on evap.
