car loses power, need help
 

I got a 1990 honda accord, i bought tha car bout 8 months ago and i workd at nissan at tha time so i got it on a lift n i changed all tha fluids, everything was good on it no leaks. Well last night i was ridin and when i got it in 4th gear it lossed all power, all guages droped, and check engine light came on.. wouldnt start for a few mins then it finally started n i got it home.. any suggestions?
