cel does not work 97 accord
 

i am having an issue with the check engine light.

i noticed that the light wasnt working at all, when the comp throws a code and when the system tests it in acc mode.

i took the cluster out and replaced the bulb, the cel still wont light up
im going to put yet another bulb in but i do not believe this is the problem

any ideas
