We need a lot more info. Where does it sound like it's coming from? Front, rear, left side, right side? How long does the clicking sound last?

The more info you give the better chance you have of getting an answer.

the clicking noise sounds like it is coming from the engine and it happens everytime that you accelerate. it is a constant and continious noise so it keeps on going as long as you accelerate.

Make sure there isn't a nail or rock in the tire. That could also cause a clicking sound...

Could be as simple as a clogged PCV valve.
But then again.....it could be more complicated than that.
If you wanted to be sure, you could go to autozone or advance auto parts and buy a PCV valve (around $3) and replace the old one with the new one to see if that resolves the clicking.
The PCV(Positive Crankcase Ventilation)valve is an "L" shaped piece of plastic coming out of the valve cover with a hose attached to it. On the VTEC 4cyl, it is located right above the "T" in "VTEC." On the 6 cylinder, it is the only thing with a hose coming out of it on one of the 2 valve covers.I believe it is on the front valve cover.

it could be as bad as some random tranny issue, a cv joint issue, a rock in the tire, a brake problem or a wheel bearing.... if it's at a dealership why not just have them repair the issue prior to purchase?

yeah, a rock or nail in a tire will make a ticking noise.

less commonly is loose axle nuts. the outer cv joint will make a single tick noise on take off or a change in direction and applying the gas. you can usually duplicate it by brake torquing the engine.

What about the PCV valve guys? You know when you pinch the hose coming out of the PCV with a pair of pliers it will cause a repetitive clicking sound. That's why i suggested a faulty PCV or a clogged hose.
