clock light

I have a 2001 Honda Accord EX. The clock works fine but cannot see it at night because the light is out. How do you go about changing the light bulb, how do you get to it, how much trouble? All fuses are fine. Thanks in advance for your comments.

The clock is held in by retainer clips it should pop out easily... the light is like $3 at the dealer.

Thanks 6thgen. I looked for clips last night but it wasn't obvious how it came out. It seems to be all made together w/ the air conditioner outlet duct right in the upper center of the dash. Any other thoughts are appreciated.

If it's the same as my 00 you just use a flat screwdriver to pop it out

Thanks guys, I put my glasses on and looked a little closer and saw the split. Picking up a bulb today at the Honda store, local auto suppliers didn't have it. Thanks again.

Odometer is just a simple, the light is bigger, and just has more screws to remove the assembly...about 8 total. Tilt the gauge assembly down and to gain access to the wires at the top, disconnect the wire clips, and from the tilted position pull out.
