Cooling/Fuel System Treatment?

Hi, anyone of you guys using this production before on your Honda. The brand is MOC Cooling-Sytem Treatment and Fuel-System Flush I get it for free, just want your opinion. Is the cooling-system treatment save to use on my 95 accord?
