cruise control and windshield washer problem
 

I have a 90 accord lx and the cruise control and windshield washer fluid pump don't seem to work. The fuses seem to be working and the buttons for it seem to all work. I check plugs on the cruise control module under the hood and there is no power getting to it. There is also no power getting to the windshield washer motor. I unhooked the plug at it and tested it. I recently replaced the engine myself so I am thinking that maybe there is some plug I missed or something stupid like a switch or something. well thanks for any help.

Well there is a harness that runs along under the intake, I think it feeds to the drivers fender well area. Those plugs/connectors would be right in front of the brake master cylinder.
