Crunching noise when drving over bumps
 
on my 97 4dr accord, it seems like it just started happening. i drive over deep bumps or small bumps at about 20 mph and i hear a crunch sound like its bottoming out or as if the wheels are touching the wheel wells as it hits the bump. stock suspension and wheels. any ideas????? please help

lube the inner sway bar bushings............remove the 2 ,,12mm bolts for the holder, remove the bushings and lube the INSIDE PART ONLY where it rides on the bar,, do not put grease on the outside of the bushing,, put it together and see if that helps
