Dash clock

2009 Accord Coup. Auto trans V6.

This morning started car. Noticed the clock display was blinking. Only the clock.
Every thing worked normal.
Outside temp cold enough to frost up the Northeast facing rear window. No frost on windshield.
Rained three days ago.
Quick search in owners manual under clock was of no help.
Search here pulled 4 hits that were invalid.
Location Sioux Falls South Dakota?

Is this a temp issue?
Is this a warning that Murphy is trying to move in?
Or ????
Will not have any more info till later in day when warms up. Maybe not till spring.

This is a family members car whom I am visiting.

I own a 91 Accord EX 5 speed 2.2 with 248k miles. Plan on putting a lot more miles on it. And living on a desert will help.

Ok this afternoon clock operated normally. No blinking. This evening clock still working, Even after driving than sitting in outside snowing conditions. No problems.
Maybe Murphy was trying to get a foot hold and the Honda karma booted him out before he got a foot hold.
Who knows
Signing off until more issues develop with the clock!
Thanks all who have and will look here.

OK not sure you'll see this but I also have a 2009 since new and I've never had the clock flash because of weather and I live in New England. You can make them flash when their in the mode to reset the time if you hold down the "clock" button on the radio area the time begins flashing showing it's ready to be changed. Perhaps somebody unknowingly just hit this button long enough or something??
