Default 94 accord

Hello everyone, just bought my son a 94 accord with 218,000 miles, an intermittent problem is getting more frequent. After driving for 15 to 20 miles at interstate speed, will park and turn vehicle off, it will not start..it has spark, turns over normally..or a few short intown trips, it will not start--have let it sit for 10-20 minutes before it will restart..a few times it started with starting fluid sprayed into the throttle body..more recent it stalled driving down the interstate and took 20 minutes to restart----have replaceed fuel filter, spark plugs, and 80 amp main fuse---would greatly appreciate some advice to repair

When you start, first turn the key to ON but don't immediately turn to START. Listen for the fuel pump to run for 2 seconds then stop. If you DON'T hear that, and it fails to start, then we test to decide between...
1- Failing fuel pump
2- Flaky main relay
3- Flaky wiring between them
