Daytime Running Lights

I am new to the boards so please bear with me. This question I am sure has been ask dozens of times. I have been unable to find the question or the answer so here it goes. Is there a way to turn off the DRL's on a 2009 Honda Accord sedan. Thanks.

I know on alot of cars they turn off if the parking brake is up, so people just pull it up enough for it to register as the brake being on, but without the brakes engaging.

On my 2007 Civic theres a fuse you can pull to shut them off.

For the short runs around town, don't like them on. Rather drive with the parking lights on.
