Deadspot in throttle

OK so i've been dealing with this issue for a while now, and it is significantly worse. Sometimes i completely loose power, and the only way to regain it is to floor it, or let off the pedal and accelerate again. When it looses power, it feels like there is a huge deadspot in the middle 80% of the throttle range. It works fine sometimes, then starts acting up. I'm constantly having to floor it everywhere, staying in high gear so ppl don't think i'm speed racer.

I thought it was the tps acting up, so i ordered a new (used) throttle body off ebay, and its still doing the same thing with the new TB. The TB came with the tps and map sensor all intact.

Is it possible i'm having fuel pressure issues?? If that was the case, wouldn't starting the car become difficult?? Cause it starts right up every time..... and at WOT it performs like it should...

I also put half a can of seafoam through the brake booster, and a full one in the tank. Didn't change a thing.

Any stored codes in the ECU?

Is this more an rpm issue or a throttle issue?
