display on but no power to speakers
 

so i installed an aftermarket android screen in my 06 accord ex awhile ago after i couldn’t get the code for the stock system so that’s in it currently, recently i was driving and my speakers cut out like if you paused the music or something but that wasn’t the case. i looked at all my fuses and they’re fine. i got the sound to comeback after resetting the head unit after my battery died also i should say that i have no clue how it resets because taking the batter off and putting ikr back on didn’t do anything after the first time but i know it’s reset because the volume goes back to its factory setting but as soon as i put it over a certain volume they cut out and don’t come back. i tried replacing the stock speakers all 4 but still no sound not even any power to them as you can’t even hear a hum or buzz after they cut out. now i’m completely stuck with no solution. i’m hoping someone can help

I'm pretty sure the audio unit powers and controls the speakers, so I'd inspect how you wired the replacement head unit.
