ECU capacitors. Question re OBDI vs OBDII
 

I know that, due to age, capacitors on the older OBDI ECUs are prone to failure, often ruining the circuit boards:

Do the OBDII Honda Accords and Civics have the same issues with the ECU capacitors, or has this not been an issue with the post 1995 Honda vehicles?
