Default engine hesistating between 2k-3k rpm, please help!!!

I have a 99 honda accord. My car has been hesistating between 2k-3k rpm.
It also feel like the car has loss power overall.
Please help me, I have no idea what it could be.

I have changed:

1)cap and rotor
2)spark plugs and wires
3)cleaned the throttle body.

thank you

4 cyl/6 cyl. How many miles. Does it only do this when the engine is warm/normal operating temp.

I cleaned the egr, but it wasnt clogged. I seems to be a little better, but it is still hesistating.
I was wondering if it could be fuel related or have to do with my distributor.

Does the check engine light turn on when driving? Or the D4 light start flashing?

Did you clean the valve the passages or both?...Sorry that is where I was leaning in my questions. Was this happening before or after the tune up. Is this only while driving or do you get the same just trying to rev the engine while in neutral.
