Factory OEM wheels/ tires (swap) question

I've got a 2009 Accord Sedan. Can I replace the factory/stock OEM wheels/tires (existing: p225/50r17) with a different size factory/stock OEM wheel/tire size (desired: p235/45r18)?

It should fit, but the 235/45-18 is about 1/2" taller. So your speedo will be reading about 1.8% too slow.
