Default front bumper turn signal

My front bumper turn signal on my 91 accord lx has cracked and filled up with water. I need to know how to replace my front bumper turn signal.

are u talking about the underside of the lense assembly with the bumper still on? Cuz i just now went out side and looked and the bumper turn signal is flushed with the front bumper, and there is no screw underneath it.
