Front end noise on a 2002 SE

I am getting a weird noise from the front end of my 2002 Accord SE. When making a hard right turn I am getting an intermittent noise from the left side of the front end.

Has anyone had this before? Can anyone help me diagnose this issue? Is this something I can repair on my own or is this a shop fix??

Any and all help is very appreciated.

Noises are tough over the net. I can think of a lot of different things that can make noises. Some repairable by yourself, some not.

We need some help to understand what the noise is. Can you pinpoint the location? Is it a scraping sound? Klunking? Squeeking?

Location is front left (driver side) but only when I make a hard right, which I try to avoid. It is not a squeal or scrapping sound it is more like a short series of ticks or light klunks. just a quick 1,2,3 and then once I complete the turn and straighten the wheel it goes away.

Brakes might make some quiet clunks if the pads are getting worn & they move slightly in the caliper bracket. Not too serious, but you probably want to check if the pads are getting so worn that you want to replace them.

Maybe more likely is the outboard CV joint on the axle. They can make clicking sounds if they are getting worn. Is the rubber boot torn open? If it's been that way for awhile, you probably need a new axle. Kinda big dirty job but possible for DIY.
