fuel cut
i have a 1995 honda accord ex with a 4 cylinder 2.2 vtec motor and i get a fuel cut at about 5800 rpm what could be causing this?

Are you sure that the fuel pressure is actually dropping when you hit 5800 rpms?

it does it at 5800 but thats not my redline |
maybe it is your rev limiter... 5800 is pretty high.

Could you jumper the Blue 2 pin connector behind the glove box and check for flash codes?
Also how are the basic things; plug wires, plugs, dist rotor. Also be sure the spark shield disc under the rotor is still there. |

The spark plugs are on the opposite side of the head, the hold-down screws are in different places.... so you can't just swap valve covers.
