Are you sure that the fuel pressure is actually dropping when you hit 5800 rpms?

To be honest i really dont know but it feels like its hitting a rev limiter

it does it at 5800 but thats not my redline

maybe it is your rev limiter... 5800 is pretty high.

Could you jumper the Blue 2 pin connector behind the glove box and check for flash codes?
Also how are the basic things; plug wires, plugs, dist rotor.
Also be sure the spark shield disc under the rotor is still there.

um no i havent checked for codes n i think the spark plugs n wires could use replacing cause i bought it in febuary at a small car lot but i think mikebike might be right cause i dont have the stock gauges in my car its automatic gauges in a manual car so im not sure if the manuals have a lower redline or what but i think i might have got scammed cause i have a vtec vavle cover but i havent hit vtec at all atleast not from what i could tell it just doesnt seem like it has all its original parts it seems like i has other parts from other parted accords i think maybe the guy that sold me it just put a vtec vavle cover to trick me but im not sure i just dunno how to go about fixing it if it is a problem

The spark plugs are on the opposite side of the head, the hold-down screws are in different places.... so you can't just swap valve covers.
