gauges not working

i have a 1995 Accord ex and my speedometer, odometer, tripometer, and fuel gauges are not working. All the others are working. What could be the problem and how can i fix them?

Those items on the cluster are powered by the #1 fuse (10 amp) under the dash.

Check that fuse or replace it if you have a spare one. It is on the bottom row, closest to the driver's seat.

Its tricky to figure out electrical problems. It can be the wiring, fuses, cluster, or the grounds. I would start by checking the #1, 4, and 9 fuses in the under dash fuse box. See pic below.

The #4 and #1 fuses should have 12V at one of the pins of the fuse box when the key is in the II position. Just unplug those two fuses and use a volt meter to see if there is 12V by touching a volt meter leads across the two pins where the fuse sits.

Checking and tightening the grounds (401, 402, 403, and 404) is also a good idea. The spoon link I posted in the online manuals thread in the DIY section has a 94 shop manual that you can download. The electrical section has a wire harness and ground location to show you where those grounds are located.

same issue

my 91 honda accord lx 2 dr has the same issue.. no windows no dash no auto seat belts. So far i've downloaded the service manuel and found that all these issues DO NOT have a ground, fuse, or relay in common. The only thing in common is the ignition and battery. I'm learning on this car, so it's been fustrating. I replaced the ignition switch today with no luck, but i did find some type of solenoid mounted on the side of the key and tumbler. i'm lookin at testing that out or replacing it. my theory is those things come on when the key is turned, so im thinking theres a contact some where or something thats in the ignition switch area. Other then that i'm lost. when and if I find the problem I WILL POST IT in every thread that has had this issue cause it sucks when the problems fixed and the person doesn't post the answers. Its gettin to be really nice weather and i'm stuck n a hot a** car and can't roll the windows down. sunroof works tho! I love my honda but she sure hates me lmao ;)
