I have a 95 Accord EX with one of the old Alpine keyless entry and alarm.
I have the clicker as well, but no one (Including the Dealership) knows how to use it.
Where can I find instructions, programing, a guide.... something

Well if you are reffering to the remote as a 'clicker' and its an alpine remote, then call alpine up.
