Hard shift into overdrive

Hi, I just bought a 95 honda accord EX and just wondering if there is a way to adjust when the car or how the car shifts into overdrive. Right now when it shift into OD it slams in gear but only below 30-35 mph, if i'm giving it plenty of gas and doing about 40ish it shift fine. Any ideas, also has the same issue when coming out of OD sometimes.

how does the fluid look?

Pink, looks brand new. Weird because it shift fine under medium accl. and hard. But it has problems with light and if the speed limit is 30 around 27mph or so it just drops into 4th. Also when stoping it will clunk into first. All other shifting is fine.

sounds like your tranny mounts are bad...

Any way to check this? What should I look for when looking at the mount.

Not sure if its the same way to check your motor mounts. Im really not sure...see if anyone else chimes in.
Does the car feel like it got hit by something when it does this? Mine will do it if i down shift into 1st b/c on of my mounts is on its way out.
