Not unless your losing compression threw that cylinder, but never really heard of this problem before

There are two possibilities:

1) A plug is not sealing due to damaged cylinder head seal face. If this is happening on one cylinder, this would be my first choice. If one cylinder is having the problem, remove spark plug and look at seal face closely. You may need a borescope to get close enough w/o removing rocker arm assy to examine the seal face.

2) PCV system is blocked causing high crankcase pressure, or piston rings have heavy blowby (poor compression), again causing high crankcase pressure. Check PCV valve and hose for blockages. Replace as indicated. If engine is badly worn, you may be getting enough blowby under acceleration to elevate crankcase pressure which gets by spark plug tube seal to pop off the spark plug lead.

good luck
