Hi all I just got my 98 accord from the mecanic and guess what?????? My knock sensor has been broken in two. Now I when to claim about it but he denies all so the question is.......where can I find a cheap knock sensor or can I just get a salvage one?

 

Check out rockauto.com or hondaautomotiveparts.com or hondapartscheap.com. OR, you should be able to salvage one. How did it get broken in two? Did the mechanic actually show you or is he taking you for a ride?

Nah I just found out because my car was very sluggish whe I took it to my regular tech he found the intake manifold loose. Then when he went under to fix it he saw the sensor with a lot of grey silicon.......Its so hard to find a good tech!!!!
