help my DRL are not working

i have a 2002 honda accord SE. my day time running lights will only work 5% of the time i drive but almost always the lights dont turn on. is there something wrong with the fuse? and is that any other way to fix the problem without bringing my car into a shop?

I would check the fuse first it may be going out and if that doesn't work check the light bulbs themselves and see if there going out.

Probably the DRL relay module. Many people were able to fix theirs by re-soldering some of the solder points. Refer to below:

Location of DRL module on your car is under the driver's side dash.
