HELP!! need to find out the name of this part!

This part started squirt hot radiant fluid all over my engine this morining. I went to the dealership and they printed out a blueprint but that part did not have a name nor a part number. Please Help!! Im attaching two photo so hopefully you can diagnosis the part.:eek:

I'm guessing it's a 96 EX
That part is called a breather pipe, it has a coolant transfer tube joined to it.
I'm pretty sure the part is called out in the "Breather Tube" parts page., or it is in hondanet parts listings.

Two metal tubes stuck to each other side-by-side. One carries air for the crankcase vent system. The other tube carries coolant, just to keep the air-tube warm.

Is the steel tube cracked? Or did the rubber hose broke open? Busted hose clamp allowed the hose to be disconnected?
