I am looking into HIDs and I am looking for recommendations as to good sites to order from, and what type bulb a 97 ex uses. any help would be appreciated

the bulb is of no importance since you're getting actual HIDs. if you mean those blue tinted light bulb replacements, then powerbulbs in the UK is the best. they ship for free & have brighter bulbs than anything available here in the US. your low beam is a 9006 & high beam is 9005.

i already have the xenon bulbs, but figured i should go all the way.

which i did and got a great price on HID kit....
i got the 6000k.... 9006 kit..... for 110 with shipping.....

the company is in china.. got it in a week......

wow, great find. got a good picture of the new headlights installed? i'm curious what 6000k looks like - most OEM are 4300k & they look cool, but i'll bet 6000k is perfect (not too purple).
