HID Light Help -_-"

Hey I just bought a brand new black housing headlights from my friend & DDMTuning HIDs.
I installed them about a 1.5 month ago, & I recently noticed that the driver side is more brighter than the passenger side (slightly faded white/blue) So is this a bulb or ballast problem?

Any suggestions...
Thanks

Can you swap bulbs?

I dont think its either. Your headlights may be aimed incorrectly. Causing the look of one being brighter than the other.

Park in front of a garage, or wall to see the alignment.

^ Word.

If they're aimed correctly, swap bulbs to the other side. If the bulb is dim on the other ballast, it's a bulb problem. If the bulb get brighter, and the other gets dim, it's a ballast problem.

I already did that...took me 30 minutes to aim it correctly. It's still a lil bit off

damn....its gonna be a b**** cuz the socket or the connector from the wire harness to the bulbs is very tight

I'm hoping it's the bulb cuz I screwed the ballast onto my bumper support (would DDMTuning still take it back?)

yeah if it really is a faulty ballast, their lifetime warranty should cover it

sigh...I'll be taking my front bumper off for the 5th time

Why should you have to take off your bumper for taking out ballast?

technically that's where i mounted....

the color is ok, its just the brightness
I try to look directly into my headlight reflector so I can take a look @ my bulbs & the passenger side is bright-white-yellow while on the driver side is white w/blue hue
however, standing in front of the vehicle with the HIDs turned on, the driver side is brighter than the passenger side (& yes my headlights are aligned)
