Honda Accord 2003 Power Steering

Hi,
I'm a newbie and I need help!
I took my car to a Honda dealer in June of this year cause my malfunction light was on and I hear rattling noise when I start up the car. I thought it was my gas cap, however it was the brake switch. They did a full inspection on my car saying I need $1700.00 of work done, I told them Icouldn't afford it at the time I needed to do what was nescessary. Well I spent $800.00 to get what was nescessary, they cleaned my throttle body cas the air wasn't working, the replaced the brake switch and I had to pay for a battery cable that had crosion. With all this done they next day I smelled something burning, I got a call asking how I like the service. I told the lady I'm having a buring smell from the car.She stated that the mechnic will get in touch me me, but to no avail I didn't get a call. I had to go back cause the battery cable I paid for came in so I asked them to take a look. The service rep stated that the guy didn't smell any thing at this point I thought it was something they clean the throttle body with.Time passed and I notice I had the same smell so I called the service manager and he never called me back, the service rep called me and asked me why in the hell I wait so long to complained. I was shocked that he was talking to me in that manner. Well I took my car to car X and they told me I had a leak from the power steering pressure hose. They charged me $546.00 to replace it now I'm having a whinding noise my powersterring was replaced in 9/20/2008. What to do now?????????

I don't know if you have a V6 or not, but this could be causing your whine.
