A lot of items can cause the car to stall out, so you have to diagnose the problem. If you can scan for codes, that may help guide you to test an electronic component.

Losing spark, fuel, or timing can cause the engine to not start. Start with the simple stuff first. Is your gas tank empty? Can you hear the fuel pump turn on when you turn the key to the II position, but do not try to start the car? The pump will turn on for about 2 seconds usually when the check engine light turns on for 2 seconds and make a faint buzzing/whirling sound from the back seat.

The truth is, this type of issue is virtually impossible to diagnose over the internet; I strongly suggest you have the car towed to a shop and let the professionals diagnose the issue(s).
