How to adjust valves 2004 Accord 2.4

My engine sounds like it is rattling. It is most noticable at idle and under light acceleration. It has sounded this way since brand new but as it has gotten older it seems to be louder. I was thiking it might need a valve adjustment. The engine cover says i-VTECH. Can someone tell me if this is the likely cause of the noise, if so is th valve adjustment difficulton this engine and how to do the valve adjustment.Engine has80,000 miles

Thanks!

valve adjustment doesnt really sound like a rattle, its more of a really fast clicking, like someone typing really fast on a keyboard. If my memory serves me correctly, your supposed to do a valve adjustment at 90k. I just did one on my car, and it wasnt that easy, although it will be worlds easier if you have feeler gauges that are designed for adjusting valves (the ones with a kink in them)... which i didnt because im too cheap to spend the $10.

get a set of guages and go look in the DIY section, there is a write-up on it there.
