Default How to remove soleniod

I am new member I have a 92 Honda Accord Ex with 163000 miles I am replacing the starter and had no problem with the removal. I am having a problem getting the soleniod off. Can some one tell me the correct way to remove this soleniod?

Are you replacing the starter, or are you replacing the solenoid and contacts?

To remove the starter, you just have to undo two bolts, then disconnect the two electrical connections to remove the starter from the engine.

If you go to the online manuals thread in the DIY section, the spooner link has the 94 manual that shows how to take apart both the nippondenso and mitsuba starters.

At the bottom of the DIY forum, there is a box for display options. Change the from box to the beginning to see all of the posts.
