how to remove tail lights
so my friend asked me to tint his tail lights and i said yeah sure.
so i go to take his tail lights out and they just wont come
its a 03 accord coupe
it appears as though the whole rear bumper might have to come off, can anyone verify this?

Yes, the whole bumper has to come off, its actually a bit more difficult than taking the front bumper off. But its not impossible. There are a few plastic clips/rivits holding the bumper on, the underside of the car. Pop the trunk, and you will see more of the same "clips" pop those off as well. I found a flathead screwdriver did the job the best, your going to end up ruining a few of them. But the still do their job if their slightly dammaged. your going to need to pull back the trunk lining to get to the screws holding the lights in place. So unscrew the black ***** used to hold the cargo net. You can prettymuch manhandle the lining, its fairly resilant. Also dont forget to put the rubber seal back on when you go to put the lights back in, if not water dammage will insue. Hope this helped =)

helped alot, yeah last time it ried to take them off i took all the bolts off the back(which is all you have to do on my 5th gen) and then tried to force them out, but that didnt work out too good. so now i know i have to take the whole bumper off. thanks alot
